Service Description
A personalized session focused on practical breath techniques you can use in daily life. Together we will discuss and practice breathing techniques for different needs such as calming, energizing, focus, and stress recovery. After the session, you’ll receive access to all the breathing exercises covered as well as 10-minute audio practices so you can confidently integrate breathwork into your routine.
Cancellation Policy
To honor the time and preparation that goes into each session, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be charged the full individual session rate.
